Hi there!
I am Candice
My passion for photography began in high school and eventually blossomed into a professional business capturing everything from weddings and newborns to live stage performances, portraits, and sporting events. In 2018, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD), a progressive condition that affects my muscles and mobility. While I had to step away from the business I was building, my love for photography never left me.
Today, I continue creating through a different perspective, one that values presence over perfection and celebrates the beauty in every fleeting moment. Whether I'm wheeling into a concert venue or photographing performers under stage lights, my goal remains the same: to capture life in motion and preserve stories through timeless imagery. I hope my work reflects not just what I see, but what I feel. I hope my photographs invite you to pause, connect, and remember.
